Decided to change this up and bit and do the same number of reps per set, 10, but all in one arm at a time
Wasn't sure how this would work but it came across perfectly. REALLY like it.
At five reps I'm just getting the groove and building excellent momentum ( height) into the swing. Always loved the power from the reps but the second arm just put it into too high an intensity level. This is a great compromise

40 kg x 4/4 ( freaking 33 degrees in the garage, needed the extra warmup)

these went well although definitely NOT as deep as I used to do them! that's a big surprise actually but I'll get the ROM back soon, just have to focus on it
think I'll keep these in on this way or do the crawls or both
