Thursday ruck medium hot

 


Definitely in  decent heat shape condition despite only getting hot once a week now. we've had some really cool moderate weather for a summer, 75's and such. very nice

But today was 80's and low breeze. Decent pace but not pushed

Foot and knee ok fibula head back in place ( right knee weirdness- not dangerous though - just  not tracking right for some reason
