I thought the wrist thing was going to work ( as usual) . It didn't and went back to reflex position but not letting it bend all the way back. But it was making me overfocus and other things went wrong
Knee flex on 195 and pushed it right away. Haven't missed that in ages so it didn't bode well
Repeat was fine but definitely not feeling 'connected' yet
205 x 1 Hip drive and bar speed ok but elbows flared and slowed it down at top
Why does it always seem to take me to the end of the workout to figure out the groove of the day? ARGHHH!
