This was interesting. Switched back to adidas flatter shoe thinking it would help with hip drive and to not bend my knee at the start. Worked 'ok' but nothing dramatic.Switched back to Innov8 on sets 5 and 6 and they felt better balance

Switched back to inov8 for set 4 and wobbled all over. made the rep but ugly. Was separating the hip foward and lock in too much. decided to lock, load the bow and go!hench LOCK AND LOAD!
