Screwed up and deleted the video from my phone before I uploaded it to youtube so I don't have the video to share ( as if anyone but me is reading this, lol) but it was a good day. Not a great one as I didn't sleep well last night but better than most. Especially my cardio which is nice. Yesterdays. fast walk was good too as my back was pretty fresh

really worked on NOT breathing so hard on the last five sets but smoothing out the inhale longer and more gentle on the exhale. still biomechanical match but less forceful on the breath so I could maintain more force on the movement
