135-175 press weight ladder, 24 kg snatch, wt pushups
This went very well despite being a bit tired from not sleeping well last night, Capsule of big toe woke me up for no damn good reason at midnight and made me deal with it. It calmed down enough to let me sleep some, felt better in the AM but is back now as I write this.
It feels like it has to do with that bailout on Monday some how. Over-strained the flexor hallicus longus a bit and it's yelling at me.
Getting back the timing for touch and go reps will take a bit but I'm basically at 80 % of pr already. Felt good to work on holding that static arch- now that I know it's what I need
