"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

strong ruck!
Didn't expect because I missed thursdays ( dentist appt) but the legs felt loose and strong at the same time
Lungs were decent too and things started well and got much faster at 1:20 in
Nice and cool but not freezing helped too. Overcast, perfect rucking weather for me
50 lb ruck
12 laps
10 iso squats
6th lap = 7:52 for .5 mile still better than 16 min miles!
12th lap - 7:15 not bad at all
13,083 steps
5.8 miles
2:00 even
BW 171.6!
BF 14.6
