165 lb press 5x5 ( pr tie) 60 kg belt squats floor pushups (PR tie) laterals
this went really well. Perfect weight for today and it really solidified my groove; how to unrack the weight, where to look ( UP!) how to breathe and how to initiate with the glutes out of the hole
It wasn't easy but no rep was close to missed.

strong! Legs felt great. Second time I've used this. Next week up to 68 kg . Smaller ROM but hits legs completely differently, in a good way
