20 kg speed swings 30 sets deload, 115 lb press 5x5, walking lunges, laterals

Tore up from the floor up, lol. I'm beat. good time to de load. Not tweaked at all just freakin tired and sore. Plus sleep is still shit because of the freakin' trains 3x a night. not good.

But I felt strong regardless. just took more effort

actually very good. A little lighter than last week but really let me concentrate on new technique. solid
