135-175 lb press ladder x 5s, 20 kg snatch 5 x 8/8, wt pushups
this went great. Hit the 175 for five reps strong where I missed the 5th rep last week. breathing is the major issue but a longer inhale on the descent seems best, just need more practice but very happy with all this
