Sunday Ruck

Pretty decent one! Started out a bit slow but warmed up quickly ( as it was cold out,lol) and legs,which were tight at the start loosened up fast and the overall pace was solid. Lungs and legs felt good.

Seems like my overall "leg" base is getting more solid all the time

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
