"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Started off with 16 kg swings in sets of 10/10 and I am really digging these now. I love how light they are as opposed to bells that can te...

Damn, I thought I was the only one who got dressed like this!
OK, I'm joking! What a cool video though-I hope this isn't going to be the "grad" workout in a few weeks!
This guy is a beast!
Seen it before but damn that is still impressive.
Very cool stuff! At this point I'll never be able to move like that again, but it sure would be nice.
I don't know if you are interested, but Cyril Raffaelli and David Belle do some very cool stuff in the french parkour/martial arts action movie Banlieue 13. There is a sequel to it but the first one is the better film imo.
I feel a lot of these guys owe quite a bit to Jackie Chan as the way he moved when he was younger was just amazing including some stuff that involved gymnastics and parkour before (I think) it was called parkour.
Of there are always guys like this that take what people did in the past and just take it to ridiculous levels. Now that you brought my attention to Damien Walters I'll definitely be on the lookout for him. Thanks for posting this...seriously impressive.
Makes me want to be young and indestructible again!
Kai
so true, on all accounts. And yes, I have seen the movie, only it was called Distric B 13 I beleive.bad movie but great parkour.
