60 and 68 kg One Arm Swings 10 x 5/5, wt pushups, laterals
This went GREAT! Best of all time, No grip problems with either the 60 or the 68 ( Onyx wraps aren't hurting ) great height on the 60 and decent on the 68 and transfers for all three sets with the 68 , a first
Plus body felt fine and wasn't scary. Transfered on the first set with 68 as the hike pass felt so strong
