135-180x 4 Press ( pr), 20 kg snatch, band rear delt



Felt really good going in and warmup and first main sets were excellent. Got distracted before the last set with silliness and it wasn't as good as it should have been but still a pr and still a solid groove
Very pleased with the workout

This was hard. Everything moved well but I was too stiff in the shoulders and traps again from swings  Has to be the volume , not adapted ye...
