Easy/Hard ruck

This was a strange one. Started of very strong for the first hour, then energy just left for the second half.  Still finished with a decent last lap sprint though
Didn't take any creatine yesterday, didn't think it would make that much difference but perhaps it did

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
