More Robert E. Dickson
One of my earliest role models and images of what a great gymnast was. Robert has also written a book about training called, appropriately " Cut through the crap" about debunking myths in exercise and diet. I am getting my own copy from the man himself. Facebook does have it's uses.What a great opportunity to make contact with one of my early Heroes and an Alumni of my own Alma Mater at that!

Its amazing what disapears first on me when I have to miss training. My glutes and hips go first; amazingly quickly too, and then the quads....

I've always loved gymnastic and when I had to take it for gym class in high school I got a real sense of what a commitment that, and any sport for that fact, it took to do.
Love the old photos-brings back fond memories of the '70's. My favorite decade!
