This went great. Lifted my gaze spot up about a foot and focused on unracking with the chest up which helped keep my elbows up and angle...

Use them to warm up all the time, not 25lb-ers though.
I have fewer shoulder issues since incorporating them, even with a ton of back lever and planche work.
for some reason I think I might be able to do very high reps with this move in a way I can't with kbs.we'll see but I sure like how they feel on my shoulders and arms
