25 Lb Clubbell Swipes



This is turning out to be one of my favorite moves, it works the shoulder in a rotary way that is very interesting.I have a long way to go to master this one.

Use them to warm up all the time, not 25lb-ers though.

I have fewer shoulder issues since incorporating them, even with a ton of back lever and planche work.

for some reason I think I might be able to do very high reps with this move in a way I can't with kbs.we'll see but I sure like how they feel on my shoulders and arms

195 x 1 x 8, 225 x miss x 2, 205 x 1, 20 kg swings 5 x 8/8, floor pushups 45, 40

 This went great and I damn near made 225 on a second attempt at the end. This is going to work Wasted a few warmup sets with false grip til...
