Got to do the full 6 lap ruck today and it was decent. Start of the heat coming in though but I handled it very well. Mind was strong and energy was good for a change. Very solid

Got some weird news during the workout which completely destroyed my concentration Lucky to get my one set with 205 in, missed it twice aft...
