44 kg One Arm Swings 16 x 5/5, bw lunges, pullaparts

 


This went very well. Very steady and good power from start to finish. All bodyparts ok and on board. Grip was solid as well

Slept decent and big toe was a non issue.

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
