170 lb Press 5 x 3 PR! 48 kg belt squats, floor pushups, laterals
This went as well as I could have hoped. Despite some mental laxity in warmups I felt strong and the groove went right from start to (almost) finish
Had more than a couple glitches on second reps ( going forward) but I could fix them and get back under the weight really well. Missed 190 after 15 pr reps but the groove was there. Just pooped Not discourage at all
Weight felt light across the board.Only mistake was not laying back quite far enough on SECOND reps which I fixed on third. Have to exaggerate more

Its amazing what disapears first on me when I have to miss training. My glutes and hips go first; amazingly quickly too, and then the quads....
