Sunday Ruck

 Slept well but legs were tired and heavy from the start from Saturdays  training so overall time was a bit slow but everything was stead

Second half definitely sped up with top speed of 4.1 mph and good stride length

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
