Full Ruck ! Back to health



Did the full twelve lap ruck today and it was decently strong. Not perfect but mainly as my legs were tight and pumped up fast from yesterday's training. Stopped a lot to let legs circulate but other than that it went well

 Not bad but lower back tight,low pressure system rolling in and I feel it. strong tho. back to hip driven athletic hinge tho.safer is more ...
