Back to some decent speed and endurance again. Missed Thursday's ruck and didn't know if that would help or hurt my effort today. Especially after yesterdays' swing volume fest. But it was good so i guess the rest didn't hurt

11 iso squat stretches and some rest pauses
beautiful clear crisp day and it was one of my better efforts.
