24 kg speed swing 12 min, 105- 142 lbs press 10 x 3, 20 lb walking lunges

Been a rough couple days as my cold turned into bronchitis ( as it usually does). Took it easy today in the workout but it was so dry in the gym that it probably wasn't a great idea. But I should be fine. I ended up coughing more in the press than the swings. energy ok but not great

used a closer grip and back to thumb wrap. Index finger ON smooth but just barely, felt fine but it's all easy til it's heavy

 Didnt sleep well last night and that didn't help. 205 and 215 were strong ( but not fast) and sure enough I didn't have enough spee...
