The single-leg backward extension near the end just sent a tingle up my spine. She made an "h". I can barely make a "T"!

it's just freaking unbeleivable although I don't think joints that hyperextend that much are ever going to be very stable.

 Can't rush the setup, have to make sure I really get my chest up as I get under the bar BEFORE I take it off with the chest or I end up...
