saw that. used to know and ride with sisson briefly back in the eighties when I was riding competitively.nice guy and obviously bright.

Thanks for posting that link Rif. I'v been saying that for a long time, that too much volume is a real negative. I am coaching a couple of competitive cyclists and they are doing very well on a less volume/ higher quality program. There is a mindset amongst enduros especially that more is better, but isn't more just more and better (e.g. quality)training two different things? really makes a person appreciate the RKC system of training, I mean "practice";).

2nd Fastest 3 mile 35 lb ruck 44:53 14:55 ave pace

 Also a two mile PR of 29.7 min. Did NOT want to get started ( not enough sleep) but man it was strong once I got going Best time was Dec 25...
