Great video Rif! Love the detail on the "hopping"of the hand. Many people never get that and never learn to correct it.
I really like the use of the shoe balancing! I wish I were closer to you guys, I'm in Boston, and debating driving 3 hours to get to the nearest HKC cert in a few weeks. Phew!
