185 x 1 x 9, 16 kg swing vo2 30 x 8, band pushdowns 3 x 12, 1 x 8

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird. Nothing dramatic  but not right. a little woozinesss when I woke up. Not quite vertigo but in that camp

went away but strange all morning

The presses were all fast and perfect til last set which was ok but not perfect so I did a 9th

Was going  to do 32 sets of vo2 today but decided to stay at thirty and slowly back fill the reps til I get to 10 per 15 sec
