Thursday ruck



 Pretty decent one. Hot too but I was again mentally good for it, embraced the heat and sweat and it was fine. Definitely getting into heat shap again. 4-6 more weeks of summer and I should peak out

The main thing is the mental game, as it is with most things. Starting to enjoy 'cooking' just a bit
