this went really well and my calf didn't bother me a bit. Wore the low top Salomon XA Pro 3ds they're old but they've never caused me problems
I've worn the high top Salomons with no problems before and hope I can again

Cool very misty morning. So misty I thought it was raining. Never felt that before here. Very nice and relaxing. Legs and lungs felt good the whole time although things really opened up at 1:30

Most laps were around 8 min for the half mile which is very cool

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
