44 kg One Arm swings 10x7/7, wt pushups, laterals



Felt strong and tired at the same time ,lol! Very weird. Was pretty leg tired and overall just flat but once I started each set I was strong and wind was solid as well
Rest was pretty minimal too as all three of us pretty much went I  go you go.
But I wasn't that into it.

best these have felt in ages. started the move again with db on thighs instead of in front. I think that actually may make a big difference
