Thursday ruck

 Could definitely feel the effect of not rucking last Sunday. Legs and hips felt with 50lb weight more than usual but it was fine. Just had to put my head down and go
Finished feeling better than I started and that's always good

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
