44 kg One arm swings 10 x 7/7. weighted pushups, laterals



Was worried about this a bit as my legs were tight all morning but I got a full stretchout and that helped a ton. Workout was strong though, both legs and lungs and the grip was solid as well

 This went ok. Right side was not locking out as well as I wanted but overall good. Got to back off though and work on HOLDING at the start ...
