40 kg One Arm Swings 10x10/10



Now this is what volume day is supposed to feel like! Fast strong and powerful and good recuperation between sets! The last time I did this workout last month I thought I was going to die! this was much better. Great bell float, height and speed/power, plus hardly winded at all between sets.I can't believe my cardio/heat conditioning has gotten that much better so fast but it seems to be the case. Even in my rucks.
