Mrs. Rif snatches the 20kg, first time

Tracy has never snatched the 20kg bell but was inspired by Fawn Fridays work with it. So instead of doing it as a separate workout and just seeing if she could do it, she threw it into the mix and just killed it! I love to see how swinging lighter bells with speed and power tranlates so well into heavier bells when it's time to step up. And step up she did!
she is just a little sore today, lol.Go figure.

she is hardcore. When I first started messing around with the 88 they were workouts unto themselves. she's a machine alright

I thought she would have just a little bit of trouble with it, but NO;lol. she just crushed it.Now I think she will be able to snatch the 24 kg soon too.

That is frickin awesome! Just goes to show you what having a large work capacity with lighter loads can do!

 Have NO idea why this sucked so bad but it did.Did everything the same as the last two weeks but nothing! 135 x1 x 2 155 x 1 ok 175 x 1 not...
