52 and 68 kg One Arm swings 5 x5/5, barbell hacks, wt pushups, rear delts
This was a very solid session. Grip on the 68 kg was as solid as it's ever been and I felt like I was really able to swing the bell instead of just holding onto a bucking bronco
The 52 kg was totally controllable. Just dont want to force the height but there's much more to come here. More backswing and that feels doable now
