Thursday ruck

surprisingly strong.
 hot again, still but legs felt strong and light although they were still feeling a little of yesterday. pace was solid not fast or slow.

  This went pefectly. Virtually identical reps and my holds at the start were stronger. Doing transfers instead of one arms worked cool too....
