130 lb Military Press 5x5,48 kg belt squats, floor pushups, crawls , side delts curls
Decent one today. Considering this is just 5 lbs off my all time best for 5x5 it was very good. Right biceps tendon was weird all day and I only got minimal body time before training but the press groove set it back right away. I thought that might happen.
Hit the teres major and pec minor hard after. Much better; woke up with it
Military press
