Damn Rif!! that was so cool on so many levels.

I see what I ws doing wrong on the Dicks press too. Instead of rolling forward I was trying to press from my nose. Elbows didn't like that at all.

Oh yeah, i liked that deadlift suit at the beggining on the second clip too. :-)

interestingly the dicks press are the easiest on the elbows of any extension exercise IF one does them right.
