Sunday Ruck

Well that was a tough one. Legs didn't feel heavy but lungs took quite awhile to open up. Cool temp but muggy as hell and that didn't help. Still it got done. Well most of it. Did two hours but only 11 laps due to me fucking about on FB on my squat stretch breaks.

It's fine.

I can feel the difference in my feet though only going heavy once a week. Could be those 150 lbs swings too who knows?
