Surprisingly strong one today. Legs felt slow and heavy at the start so I didn't expect much. Body was more than fine after yesterdays very strong powerful session so I was happy with that. Some tight legs was a good thing.
Again I actually toyed with the idea of not timing any laps and just going super steady and slow but again, I couldn't. And as usual I pushed the pace each time. But my legs actually opened up very nicely and my endurance held very well

"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."
