180 lb Standing press, 40 kg belt squat, floor pushups, laterals

Still getting better but not all the way there yet. took it relatively easy. Definitely want to focus on the perfect set up and launch for the press. If i can nail that exactly 200 will be a breeze.  If I can't figure out the timing I may be able to grind it out. Or not. Have to get the start groked
