Strong and fast ruck and four year TKR anniversary

Fourth anniversary of my tkr and the ruck was solid. Very strong and fast especially considering how heavy we went yesterday. Legs weren't exactly  loose but not too tight or heavy .Nice cool start and speeds kept increasing.
