Taper week


Gear down week begins as I taper off to get ready for the cert. The farmers walks did NOT work for me, especially on the single arm carries as I forgot that I've done these before and they screw up my neck.Back to rack walks
Finally recovered today but I knew it was a 20 kg, low rep day. That's cool, we've been hitting it hard and consistent for weeks.

20 kg x 5/5 x 10 sets.
100 reps

easy money, just as it's supposed to be

Deadlifts
135 x 2 x 2
155 x 2
175 x1
195x1x5 singles

solid and easy.

Pbar handstands


3 sets of 5 seconds

done.

205 x 1 x 5 !!, Floor pushups 3 x 23,single arm band pushdowns band rev curls

 This was decent! first time in forever to do this workout. and, while not perfect reps most were very solid and the last set was the best. ...
