Why gymnasts get injured

lol. no of them. those were all olympians and I never made it all the way there.my injury was pretty fugly though, a full knee dislocations,which stayed out, after a full twist back on the floor.I'm glad there is no instant replay of that to be honest.

gymnastics is one brutal sport on the body.

 Also a two mile PR of 29.7 min. Did NOT want to get started ( not enough sleep) but man it was strong once I got going Best time was Dec 25...
