thanks man. scott wilsons back was a weak point of his so we did TONS of lat and rhomboid work for years.

36 kg swings 12 x 5/5. 36 kg belt squats, 4 x 8, bar press 125 x 1 x 5, rev grip pullaparts 3 x 20
