Heres a link to a new article I did for Pavels newsletter. It chronicles my path from the always overhead world of the gymnast through the restricting ROMs of powerlifting to redeveloping my overhead strength and stability with the kettlebell. I hyperlinked relevant blog posts and videos to illustrate or detail an exercise or point of importance.

Excellent, Rif. That was a really interesting read.
thanks aaron, I like how it turned out.the hyperlinks to the blog posts make it a long one but allow for some more depth if someone wants to read go further.
Good Read Mark.
thanks bj, it's in the mail in two days!
The blog posts themselves are interesting, so no worries.
Yours as well. You'll be glued to the TV, it is old school...
The hyperlinks to your blog posts will increase your Google ranking though, so you may get more traffic. It also helps DD's ranking because of the amount of traffic your blog gets. Win Win from a marketing standpoint.
Google takes into account the amount of traffic and content of site that your inbound links come from when it ranks your site.
This can potentially help with monetization such as Amazon widgets/affiliates.
Sometime I think I read too much.
