I came off of a back injury at the beginning of the year, only to have nerve impingements in my arms, then separated a rib, and then bounced on my shoulder for an AC sprain. Been hesitant about doing ANYTHING and feeling old at 37. I've been following your rehab and this post made me get out and do some primal crawls, trail runs, and other work. It'll be a bit before my shoulder is clear for swings - but I'm back at. Thanks.
